It was agreed that the three Service Departments should be asked to make representations to the respective G. O. C.s and that a message should also be sent to the C.-in-C. Far East.

3. B.B.C. BUILDING PROGRAMME .

It was agreed that the work on the Duchess Street stronghold must be regarded as essential and that Mr. Bamford should arrange with the Office of Works for work to be started immediately.

Mr. Bamford also undertook to send to the B.B.C. the substance of the Prime Minister's note.
