Dear Sendall,

I hear from Scott that reminders have been made at numerous C.R.O.’s Conferences for the production of Regional Histories.

At the time that Briggs called for this work to be put in hand I was busy preparing a short history of our work to present to members of our Committees as a memento of their association with us. This booklet omitted any reference to certain aspects of our work, e.g. Intelligence, Establishment, and I have now had it revised to include such information. I enclose a copy which I hope will meet the requirements of the Central Office for a “Regional History” of this part of the country.

Yours sincerely,

[Wm Ballantine]
